Workflow Tool for Wedding Planners

With our creative brains all warmed up, we grabbed some pizza, split into groups, and got to work. An hour later, we pitched our ideas back to the wider group:

๐Ÿฅ‡ Happily Never After โ€“ A planning platform that helps couples co-create their entire wedding vision. A free AI-powered version partners with select venues for revenue, while a premium tier offers full-service tools for professional planners.

๐Ÿ’ Knot Ready โ€“ A playful app that fills virtual wedding bands as the big day approaches. Vendors recommend it to couples and earn commissions, while sponsors can feature in curated categories. Itโ€™s โ€œThe Knotโ€ without losing the plot.

๐Ÿ“ฆ VR (Very Romantic) Wedding in a Box โ€“ A portable VR experience that lets couples visualise their big day down to the chairs and cake (yes, you can taste it). Pitched for wedding fairs and surprise marketing drops, the conceptโ€™s motto is simple: seeing is believing.

๐Ÿค– AI-SLE Assistant โ€“ From dream to done, this AI tool generates complete wedding plans based on budget and preferences, tracks dependencies, and sends automated reminders. Premium upgrades and affiliate links keep it sustainable.

Had such a great time at the ManyHands event in London! The format encouraged playful exploration, from designing a wedding planning workflow tool to planning for product marketing. I especially loved how much we all achieved - in just one hour. A solid crash course in collaboration, designing, and pitching! Grateful to have shared the space with such thoughtful, energetic designers. Thanks Shelley Malham for curating the event, and ProtoPie for the pizza ๐Ÿ• And it's always great to meet the PD Ladies ๐Ÿ’ซ Looking forward to the next one!
